If you had to compare yourself to a TV-show character, who would you be, and why?
John Wayne because he was a real cowboy. :)
Describe the part you play at Blessings:
For my first three years at Blessings, I worked in the warehouse as a warehouse associate, which meant pulling, packing, and shipping orders. Now, I process orders and offer customer service. When a client places an order, I process the order and send it to the warehouse to be pulled and shipped out. In addition, I assist the clients through phone or emails by answering their questions about their orders, how to place orders, or how to pay for their order.
What is your favorite aspect of your job?
My favorite aspect of my job is working with my colleagues, who I call my family. Additionally, to be able to be part of the amazing changes that God is doing in the world through Blessings International.
Where have you served in a missional capacity?
Most of my life, I have been serving in a missional capacity in Haiti (where I'm from). However, I am now technically serving in both Haiti and the USA. When I go on a mission trip, I usually work with the children and teach them about God and how loving their brothers and sisters is key to God’s heart.
Where/How would you like to serve in the future?
USA, Haiti, and everywhere else God plans to take me. As a future pharmacist, I would like to serve in many medical missional capacities throughout the world.
What was your last staff devotional about?
My last devotional was about Genesis 1:27 and God’s plan to unite a world of division and separation through His love.
What is your best memory here at Blessings?
I have made countless memories here at Blessings, but my favorite memory would be the warm celebration of my United States citizenship four months ago.
